This year, take a Summer Horse Pack Trip that stands apart from the typical family vacation and BOND with your daughter in the most amazing Wilderness setting imaginable. We are offering a Special "Father - Daughter Pack Trip" during August 2010. It will be a 5 day, all-inclusive trip. You will have your very own Norwegian Fjord Horse which we will use to travel the Taylor-Hilgard Wilderness area in the Lee Metcalf Wilderness in the Madison Range of Montana.
We will supply the food and tents. All you will need are your clothes, camera, and sleeping bags. Let us do the rest and show you and your family member(s) a part of the American West that a very few get to see.
We will be able to look for mountain goats, numerous wildflowers, elk, grizzly bears, black bears, moose. We will fish the alpine lakes for cutthroat trout and get a chance to cast to some golden trout. We will be able to get into remote and breathtaking valleys and landscapes. Nothing beats getting to see the great evening thunderstorms that pass in a matter of minutes - giving us the alpine glow to go to bed to at night.
