Your Chance to hunt may be taken away from you.

As many of you who have been on guided elk hunts in Montana know.  We have what is called a Outfitter Endorsed tag.

This tag is responsible for keeping many up the outfitters in business.  It allows you the hunter to buy a guaranteed tag from the State of Montana without having the question of a lottery tag.

The money for these tags which is over $400,000 and supports the tourism industry in Montana which generates more than a billion dollars each year, and creates more land for hunters to hunt on.  Is being threatened.

The movement focuses on having outfitter endorsed tags, land owner tags, guaranteed tags taken away from us.  It is called the Kephardt’s I-161 initiative.

Please voice your opinion and don't let this happen.  This tag generates money for land owners who are going through hard times.  Families who depend on this industry for a living, and jobs all across the state of Montana.

Please ask what you can do to stop this from happening.  Contact MOGA Montana Outfitters and Guides Association. www.montanaoutfitters.org
