Fishing the nymph for Missouri River trout.
Well here is another fine photo that was taken this weekend up on the Missouri. This is Eric Paramore a Montana fishing guide who has been working with me this past week up in Craig, Montana. They took this fish on 5x and a original zebra midge tied by Eric Paramore.
Eric is an exceptional fly tier and we go to him often for his patterns. He is quite excelled at tying grass hoppers for the Yellowstone River
Michael and Eric landed this fish just down from Craig, Montana. We found a pod of feverishly eating wild Montana trout and this was just one of the many that Michael pulled out of the run. |
